The West Side Taekwondo Beginner’s Program provides an introduction to the basic techniques of modern Taekwondo, while increasing your strength, flexibility, coordination and cardiovascular fitness. Whether your goal is to earn your black belt or simply to get into shape, you will find our program fun and challenging, and the benefits of training rewarding!


After your successful Yellow Belt Promotion Test, your time in Taekwondo will become more intense and exciting! The Intermediate program at West Side Taekwondo offers different types of classes across 7 days of the week. In addition to three Level 1 classes, we offer Basic and Advanced Sparring Classes, basic intermediate classes, Cardio Kickboxing, Boxing, MMMA (Mixed-Martial Arts) classes. All these classes become available to you after you successfully pass your yellow belt test!


For the serious Taekwondo practitioner, we offer Special “Black Belt Only” and other advanced level classes in poomsae, Olympic Style competition sparring, self-defense and board-breaking.
