Next black belt seminar will cover basics and black belt forms.  We will also go over testing requirements for the next dan.  We encourage all black belts to attend.  The seminar will run from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Our always popular "Bring a Friend / Parent / Sibling Day" is back!  Bring a friend or family member and help us introduce them to a healthier, happier life!

Bring your friends and family to West Side Taekwondo on Sat., May 9, 11.00 am, and 11.45 am, and 12:30 pm and Sunday May 10th, 10:00 am. and 11:00 am. and help us stretch, push and pull them into better and smarter shape! Give them a taste of what we do and why we do it. No uniforms required.

The next Double Black Stripe seminar will be held on Saturday, May 9 from 4:00 – 5:30 pm, and will cover forms, basics and sparring - please bring your sparring equipment.  We will also conduct a pre-test for all students planning to take the Black Belt test in June.  If you cannot attend, please contact Master Lim

By popular demand, West Side Taekwondo will be hosting another Parent's Night Out fundraiser on Saturday, April 11.

Parents, give yourselves a well-earned night out on the town and drop your children off with Mr. Hypolite and other black belts for a fun-filled evening of Taekwondo, food and games from 5.30 pm to 9.30 pm on Saturday April 11th.   All this for $40 (all additional siblings are only $20.00) – all proceeds will go to support Mr. Hypolite’s expenses, as competing at this elite level requires blood, sweat, tears, … and FUNDING.

Please register your child asap by confirming with e-mail or signing up in the front office. You can also make a tax-deductible donation to support Mr. Hypolite by making a tax-deductible donation to the NYC TKD Foundation.  Please ask for details at the front office. Thank you, and GO LENN!!!

We will be conducting special belt promotion test for White belts testing for Yellow belts on Saturday April 11th.  Children will test at 12:00 p.m. and teenagers/adults will test at 12:30 p.m.

Please turn in your application and testing fees to the front office by Friday April 10th.  If you any questions or concerns about you/your child testing, please contact Master Lim.
