Basic Kicks

This video shows the five(5) basic kicks that you need to master to attain your green stripe.

They are as follows:

  1. Stretching Kick- Ol-yo Chaga
  2. Outside Crescent Kick- Bandol Chaga
  3. Inside Crescent Kick- Bandol Chaga
  4. Front Snap Kick- Ap Chaga
  5. Turning Kick- Dol-yo Chaga
