Dear Masters Whang and Master Lim and to all the teachers at West Side Tae Kwon Do:
I am writing because I wanted to comment on how West Side Tae Kwon Do has benefited my family. First and foremost, my daughter, Ada, has experienced increase confidence, increased focus, and, of course, has become much more fit in general since joining your school. Her flexibility and coordination have gone through remarkable transformations, and I am extremely proud of her. These changes have not only occurred in the dojang; we have also seen them in her school performance. Furthermore, before joining West Side Tae Kwon Do, there was often tension between my wife and me in terms of making sure that Ada got some form of exercise. If either of us did not follow through, we would blame one another and the stress would mount. Joining West Side Tae Kwon Do has eliminated this burden for us, and we function as a much more relaxed family. I have been impressed with the quality and the dedication of the teachers at your school, and I am proud to be a member of the West Side Tae Kwon Do community. Thank you all for pushing us to be as good as we can be, and thank you for fostering such a wonderful feeling of family and community in your school. It has been a wonderful experience for us, especially as a father and daughter team, and we appreciate your dedication and hard work.

Zac’s birthday party was a great sucess - thanks to Mr. Peterson, his assistants and Westside Tae Kwon Do! The kids loved putting on their belts and going through all of the kicks, relay races and obstacle course. Mr. Peterson was very patient and encouraging to Zac’s 3 year old brother, allowing him to join with the big kids for his big brother’s special day. His demonstrations left both the kids and the parents cheering and he made sure that there was time for Zac to demonstrate his forms and break a board, making it a truly special day for the birthday boy. At the end of the party, the kids were sweaty, exhausted and very happy and their parents were commenting on how much fun it was for the children. Thanks again for making Zac’s birthday party a tremendously fun and memorable event.
