West Side Taekwondo summer camp is an excellent introduction to the art of Taekwondo.  New students will establish a solid fondation in Taekwondo basics, and mroe experienced practitioners will improve on their already acquired skills.  While having fun, all children will build strength, confidence, focus, and discipline.
Camps are booked weekly from 1 to 6 weeks.  [...]

West Side Taekwondo is now offering adult morning classes for both basics and Cardio Kickboxing.  Cardio Kickboxing is on
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m., taught by Ms. Throckmorton.
