Recognize these people? Recognize the place?
That’s Master Whang, Jr. along with good friend Master Tim Connolly. Master Connolly is a many-time US National Champion and US Team member, and is one of today’s top Hollywood stuntsmen, having appeared in such blockbusters as the Matrix trilogy and, more recently, the epic 300 (http://www.300ondvd.com/). Master Whang Jr. is also pictured here Gerard Butler, the star of 300. Master Connolly played the father of the young King Leonidas, and performed all the stunts for Mr. Gerard. And yes, that’s West Side Taekwondo, where they came for a morning workout recently!

Taekwondo and World Peace … Huh?
Did you know that you are contributing to world peace by practicing Taekwondo? These articles makes the case that Taekwondo might be able to do for North Korea / South Korea & US relations what “Ping Pong” diplomacy did for China / US relations over thirty years ago.
